SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process all orders within 1-5 business days of the order being placed. Orders are packaged Monday through Friday. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order fulfillment around holidays, sales, and new product releases.
Business Days are Monday - Friday, Mountain Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Average transit time after your order has been packaged and left our headquarters is 1-5 business days. Unless ordering a Sample Pack, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email that will include a tracking number. If there is a problem with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier or your local post office.
Displayed delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. In some cases, shipping carriers can take longer to deliver a package than expected. No refunds or discounts are granted due to slow delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*Customers are responsible for paying any VAT, Taxes, or Duties that may apply.
We are able to ship internationally to Canada only at this time.
When you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, that means your package has left our warehouse. International orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Average delivery time for an international order is anywhere from 3-30 days after placing the order, depending on the carrier.
RETURNS
Astrafruit LLC is proud of the high quality products and customer service that it offers. Regardless, we understand our product might not be for everyone.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any product that has not been kept in its original, unopened condition — there is otherwise too much uncertainty around whether the contents of the package have been used or tampered with. However, we are more than happy to resolve any issues you may have with an order. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any concerns you have and to discuss eligibility before sending anything back. Astrafruit reserves the right to deny a return/exchange at any time.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND
- Item(s) must be unopened and in their original condition (seals must still be in tact)
- Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly from: astrafruit.com
- Returned item(s) must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt
- Returned item(s) must not have been purchased during a sale, special promotion, or with a discount code
We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our headquarters. If we receive your return after the thirty (30) day period or find them to be in violation of the requirements herein, a refund will not be issued.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product(s) with any error or damages at support@astrafruit.com. We require that you provide pictures of all items received, the packaging your order arrived in, your invoice, and all visible damages or defects. Depending on the situation, we may also require that you send the product(s) back for review. At our discretion, you may receive a credit or replacement product. If the issue is on our end, shipping and redelivery fees will be provided by the Astrafruit team.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
You as the customer are responsible for entering your complete and accurate shipping address including apartment/unit numbers if applicable. If a package is returned to Astrafruit LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender”, you have the right to request a redelivery or refund (we will contact you via email if this happens). All mail to be redelivered will require payment for the shipping label. Refunds will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order (less shipping & handling). Please read over your shipping information before ordering to make sure you get your package in a timely manner with no errors or return mail. Astrafruit is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
Once an order is shipped out, it is no longer in our hands — we have no power as to what happens to the package. A tracking number is sent via email that can provide you with delivery updates. If there is a problem with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier or your local post office. If mail is lost or stolen, it is not our fault. Please make time to look out for and receive your package(s) as they do not require signatures.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer exchanges, even if you qualify for a return. You may return your package and place a new order.
